This was filmed in 1999, when Rob and I went out to Big Bend National Park in West Texas.
We went in July, which was very hot, but as a result the motel was empty. The Big Bend region is so vast,
and so beautiful it just overwhelms me, and all I can do is just quietly take it all in. It is salve for the
spirit. It was Rob's first trip out there, ever. Our hope is to one day purchase some acreage and build a little
place to retire.
